Lomas supply and distribute Saputo’s line of high quality dairy ingredients to the Canadian food market. The alliance complements Saputo’s existing sales efforts in Canada by optimizing distribution efficiencies through L.V. Lomas’ substantial warehousing and logistical services network.

L.V. Lomas will also market Saputo’s lineup of modified milk ingredients. Using advancements in whey protein technology and complex physical treatments, Saputo enhances whey protein’s functional attributes to introduce desirable properties that surpass the performance of traditional milk solids. These include emulsification, water binding ability, gelling ability and superior taste.
