The L.V. Lomas Limited Food strategic business unit was founded in 1999. As a newly formed entity, we have grown and diversified our activities across a broad range of food processing markets including: baking, confection, dairy, beverage, flavors and seasonings, as well as pet food and animal nutrition. To each of these markets, our Food SBU has an extensive range of raw materials and ingredients from world-class principal partners. Our coverage extends throughout Canada and has now recently expanded into the Pacific Northwest of the United States of America.
Our full range of food ingredients includes additives and actives, colorants, emulsifiers, hydrocolloids and texturants, encapsulated ingredients, extenders and vegetable oils.
