L.V. Lomas offers a vast range of products from industry-leading principals for its customers in plastics, rubber and adhesives manufacturing.
For the rubber industries, L.V. Lomas distributes process oils, functional minerals and other rubber chemicals such as plasticizers, sulfur, stearic acid and more.
To our plastics customers we distribute a broad range of products including thermoplastic resins, thermosetting resins, colour and effect pigments, functional minerals, additives (UV stabilizers and absorbers). For food contact packaging, we offer products with minimal organoleptic effect. For intense visual impact, we carry aluminum pigments, daylight fluorescent pigments for ultra-bright applications, pigments that impart a powerful glitter effect and multi-colour effect pigments with angle-dependent iridescent colours.
For the most demanding applications we market the most resilient polymeric plasticizer tailored exactly to performance and cost demands. For lead stabilizer replacements, we suggest that you consider our liquid mixed-metal stabilizers. We provide many solutions in high-performance UV stabilizers, antioxidants, optical brighteners and flame-retardants. To improve performance of filled polymer systems, we suggest surface-modified alumina trihydrate and magnesium hydroxide.
For customers looking to replace carbon black, we market an excellent line of high performance talcs.
Canada's top adhesives manufacturers also count on L.V. Lomas for our premium range of tackifying resins, functional minerals and additives such as rheological modifiers.
